AT Delavoye, we love exploring with our chocolate. For Sweet Valentines, a tea and chocolate pairing is something to look forward to!
We will explore five pairings during this 90-minute event. Throughout the evening, Tanny, will guide you through our selected chocolate-tea flight whilst giving insights on both products, including how chocolate is made.

Chocolate making is a meticulous process that requires great attention to detail, and refined craftsmanship which is what makes every chocolate bar made at Delavoye Chocolate Maker so unique, as we take special care in highlighting different origins of cacao beans.
This passion of crafting thoughtful delicacies pulled us into the incredible world of sake gracefully curated by Sakegami. They operate from Calgary and highlight sake from different prefectures, showcasing distinct characteristics these regions bring forward through their brewing, and sourcing processes.
We are delighted to collaborate with them for a long awaited tasting event on our wishlist where we will have five exceptional chocolate and sake pairings, as well as a welcome sparkling sake. We cannot wait to learn more about sake from our friends at Sakegami and talk about chocolate with you all on March 27th!

Step inside Delavoye Chocolate Maker after hours for an intimate 45-minute journey into the world of bean-to-bar chocolate. Limited to 8 guests, this evening experience begins with A behind the scenes TOUR for a close-up look at how cacao beans are crafted into chocolate.
After the tour, settle in with a decadent chocolate dessert paired with a soothing cacao husk tea, while we share stories about our craft and philosophy. On select evenings, you may even be among the very first to taste our latest chocolate and pastry creations.
