Craft chocolate costs more due to smaller-scale production and ethical sourcing. We pay premium prices—often 2-3x the market rate—directly to farmers for the finest beans. Unlike mass-produced bars that use fillers, our three-day process uses only pure cacao, cocoa butter, and organic sugar to prioritize flavor over profit.

How is Delavoye chocolate different from 'artisanal' chocolate?

While many 'artisanal' shops melt and mold pre-made industrial chocolate, Delavoye is a true bean-to-bar maker. We are the factory, meaning we control every variable of the process—from hand-sorting and roasting raw beans to stone-grinding for 48+ hours. This total control ensures a unique, high-quality product that mass-market alternatives cannot match.

Are wholesale bars available?
YES! we are noW able to provide wholesale chocolate & CHOCOLATE bars. If you are a cafe or Restaurant, and wish to utilize our chocolate in drinks and recipes, please get in touch.
Can you ship anywhere in the world?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we can only ship within Canada. However, we intend to expand our business to be able to ship anywhere in the world. Stay tuned!
Where do your cacao beans come from?
Our cacao beans come from different regions around the world. We currently partner with cacao bean brokers to source our beans. As of right now, we have cacao beans from Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Tanzania, the Dominican Republic and Vietnam.

Can I get a refund for an experience or exchange my reservation for a different night?
No. All sales are final. We cannot cancel your reservation or reschedule it for another night. If you cannot come, we recommend that you transfer your reservation to someone else. This is a strict policy and no exceptions will be made for illness, traffic, weather or any other reason.
