This creation uses an award-winning whisky made in Alberta to infuse rich, malty, and complex flavours into our beloved Dominican Republic cacao nibs. Aer roasting, and winnowing the cacao beans, we infuse cacao nibs with the unique whisky for two months, a er which they are roasted again. The patience and meticulousness of our artisants result in an incredibly intricate flavour profile where the best of two di erent worlds collide.
